2007! The 10% challenge!

Greetings and hello to those still out there.

Chazz is back for 2007. Let's catch up...

A) The 5K run in 2006 did not happen due to a myriad of events. It is still in play, and will happen in 2007.

B) Last recorded measurements

As of July 1, 06

    Measurements

  • Chest 55.50
  • Waist 63.75
  • Hips 60.50
  • Thigh 34.00
  • Neck 18.00
  • Calf 20.00
  • Bicep 19.00
  • Forearm 14.50

Current Statistics

  • Weight 421.6
  • Estimated Body Fat% 32.16%

C) Starting at Jan 8, 2006:
Weight = 470 lbs
Chest = 59 inches
Waist = 65.5 inches
Hips = 66 inches
Body Fat % = 30%

Ideal Weight (for first goal)= 413.92 lbs
lbs to lose (for first goal) = 56.08 lbs

Ok, so now what. Good news is this.... I did make the first goal, to be 413.92., so I need to start a new goal. Bad news is that I didn't get as far as I thought, and sort of lost my track on the 5K race training. Time to start up again.

January 27th, 2007 - CURRENT STATS

Weight = 392 lbs
Chest = 55 inches
Waist = 63 inches
Hips = 54 inches
Body Fat % = 34.41%

Ideal Weight (for second goal)= 367.31 lbs
lbs to lose (for second goal) = 39.89 lbs

That means there are three goals in play

1) Chazz Vader Challenge Two - lose 39.89 lbs
2) Fat2FK Overall challenge - complete a 5K race
3) The 10% Challenge - Lose 10% of fat (body weight) in 2007.

I will start the blogging on Sunday and will try and give updates every weekend. Daily Blogs are a lot of work, so I will try and keep a weekend schedule.

That is all for now. Look forward to the 2007 Challenges.

more later..
