It was a dark and stormy night

Motivation:

The lightning and thunder outside feels like it is right next to me. I just jumped in my chair about 2 inches, due to a thunder clap that sounded like a gunshot. Very exciting.

Motivation today came from the MP3 player during workout.

Looking For A Place To Land - by Dakota Moon
There was a man in his car trying to talk to me
He drove a Pontiac, red, 1963
He shouted numbers and neighborhood streets
I said, "I wouldn't know. I wouldn't know"
And then I said to myself, "what's he lookin' for"
An illegitimate son with an open door
Or else the calling from God he could not ignore
I didn't know. I didn't know
I guess in my own way
Just like the man I am wandering,
wondering away
But aren't we all just
Looking for a place to land, Looking for a friend to call
Looking for a destination, conversation, fascination, to protect us from the fall
Looking for the one to love, Looking for a brand new day
Looking for a reason to stand, Looking for a place to land
Sometimes the love that you lose is the love you find
Sometimes the pain is the doorway to peace of mind
No matter how hard you try you just can't rewind
Now that you know - where do you go?

Diary:
b: eggs and pork sausage
s: protien bar
l: homemade chili
s: carrots, deli turkey and cheese
d: chicken, onion, green pepper all sauteed with some rice noodles and peanut sauce.
g: elliptical 2.29 miles, walk 1 mile, sauna - yes, I have not gone back to the 5K training this week, as I have mostly been too tired. I will return next week.

Notes:

I guess I am kind of tired and don't want to say anything. I don't feel all that well tonight, and not sure if it is from the TDAP or becuase my dinner wasn't all that great. I am going to do some more work, then go to bed.

more later,

Chazz
