Notes:
On Wednesday, I worked out with weights, (body-weight squats and shoulder press). I haven't quite got the whole workout routine figured out, but it is coming soon.
On Thursday AM, I felt like I got run over by a truck. My legs were spasming, twitching, and cramping. My shoulder and arms were pounding, and all-over felt really sore. What a feeling.
During my Thursday workout, things felt good.
This morning, my neck is still sore, and my feet really hurt. If I sit down for any period of time, my legs hurt when I move them....
It is all good. No pain, no gain, right?

Otherwise, last night I went to a discussion on "Financial Spending Triggers", to try and understand the moods that cause us to spend money. I found this interesting, becuase many of the same things in Spending Triggers, were the same as Eating Triggers:
- Depression
- Bored
- Celebrations / Rewards
- Holidays / Gifts
- Desire / Greed / Gluttony
It was interesting. We discussed ways to overcome these triggers.
After the meeting, I received a call from someone looking for a room to rent and saw my advertisement online. He was in town from Atlanta, and stopped by for a visit. He will call later if he is interested. If this happens, I will need to really do some work to move my office out of the 2nd bedroom and into my bedroom. It is do-able, but will require some work.
I baked one of my "Let's Dish" meals last night, and plan on having it for lunch. (Baked Parmesan Chicken breast.) Brussel sprouts and an orange on the side...

I can't wait for a vacation. I am really getting tired of the work routine, and am getting ready to have a couple days of relaxation away from this place. Weekends aren't long enough.
