lately at work, I have gotten the name "Prarie Dog", becuase we have super short cubicle walls and since I have been working out my legs get uncomfortable sitting down for too long. so every now and then I will stretch my legs, then stand up. According to my co-workers, this appears to be "Prarie Dogging". Today is my Birthday, and during my morning status call, I was interrupted by balloon and card delivery. Now everyone is saying "BDay for PDog!" in the hallway and when they pass by my cubicle.
I feel like I am a Dilbert cartoon today..... Someday I will scan my favorite Dilbert cartoon and put it on the blog. Not today.
I left something out of my routine on Saturday. Not only did I get measured and weighed, but I finally got motivated to open the garbage bags of old clothes that I haven't opened for years. I felt that my shirts were a little baggy and wanted to see how many smaller sized shirts I have and if any of them fit.
It turns out that I have a lot of clothes, some of which still have tags on them. I must have bought them or got as gifts and reallize that I never wore them before I got fat! What a world.
I have them organized now in my closet by 5x, 4x, 3x, 2x for my shirts and from 62 to 46 pant size. As I lose weight, I can easily start trying on the next size down, and move the larger, unneeded stuff out of the closet. This will be a fun game.
So, on Feb 18, my next measurement day, I am going to try on the next size down (4x) shirts and the next pant size down (60) to see if I can graduate to the next level.
I am excited about the St Patricks Day challenge. I believe that I will make my first goal (56.08lbs) and I might even push to get the next goal finished by March 17.
We will see....
Tommorow: "Are you getting taller?" and "Have you decided what you are going to do for your first reward?" With all my planning, you think I would know... but I don't.

I have read all of January now. I look forward to reading February - tomorrow if I get to it. I have two other comments so far:

I'm glad you are doing this, my friend. You mention ball games as a difficult place. Please tell me what, if anything, I can do to help at the ball games we go to together.

What does this mean?:
