George Patton once said: 'The test of success is not what you do when you're on top.
Success is how high you bounce when you hit bottom.

Notes:
I was asked today by an older gentelman at work if I would be able to take 45 minutes to discuss Herbalife. Herbalife has a customized program, with weight-loss, nutritional and personal-care products, to help create a whole new you!
He couldn't have picked a worse person to ask. I kindly shook his hand and indicated that I was already on a program and using Nutrilite, HealthPointe and XS Energy products and had already lost 40lbs since I started!
He looked very sad, and indicated that I could find him at any time if I was interested. I felt a little sad for this guy, as he probably was going 'cubicle to cubicle' asking the overweight people (of which there are many) at the office if they want to try Herbalife.
That conversation reminded me to take my vitamins.
Today I forgot my gym clothes, so I went home and got them and worked out anyway. All is well.
This weekend I wore two shirts that I have never worn before. I bought them years? ago but they were too small by the time I was ready to wear them. Today I am wearing a nice striped shirt that was brand new. Still had the tags. It feels nice.
this weekend is measurement weekend, so I have got to keep going strong.
I am thinking about saving some $$ and using my crock-pot to start creating weekly meals. This will replace the lean cuisine meals I have been buying. I like them, but they are getting boring and they are $3.25 for a 9oz package. It seems like a waste. I think I can make a weeks worth of meals in the crock pot for less than $16.25.
